Jersey Tourism is gearing up for the island’s May ‘Walking Week’ – which attracts both locals and visitors alike.
Designed to show off Jersey’s beautiful countryside and coastline, the routes take walkers through some of the island’s unique areas of outstanding natural beauty, as well as some fascinating historical sites.
From beach to spectacular headland, past towers, castles and ancient burial chambers, there is something for everyone. There’s even a special route for those that want a ‘taste’ of some of Jersey’s most celebrated food. The Food Trails’ provide the perfect opportunity to see Jersey’s oyster fishing, well-known breed of cow, famous Jersey Royal potatoes, and wine and cheese!
