The New Gilson Hall at La Pouquelaye will be the venue for badminton. Situated on the outskirts of St Helier, this purpose built 5-court facility was first used during the 1997 Games and has a viewing area and catering facilities as well as generous parking.

facilities. The floor is wooden, maple sprung, with
lighting to international standards. |

The facility is in good condition and will be
maintained at this level. |
Organisational capability of the Sport |
The Jersey Badminton Association has a good
record in organising events and hosted the Island
Games Badminton competition in 1997. |
